LOCTITE 55 - Thread Sealant for Hydrogen Application

  • LOCTITE® 55 allows for reliable re-adjustments without shredding, needs no cure time and results in an immediate, full pressure seal.
  • The ideal choice for a quick, easy and reliable seal.
  • The product has been deemed hydrogen ready for use on metal fittings only, according to GASTEC QA AR 214. Class 8.
  • LOCTITE also has approval for gas and potable water and is certified to NSF/ANSI, Standard 61.
  • LOCTITE® 55 thread sealing cord is designed for sealing of metal and plastic pipes and fittings.
