Hydrogen Pump with Common Rail System DG47

DG47 hydrogen common rail system is composed of roots type circulation pump, ejector integrated module, double proportional valve, switch valve, check valve and micron-level primary hydrogen filter.

With roots pump and proportional valve, it can control the proportion of primary hydrogen in the intake gas, which realizes the bidirectional control of the hydrogen pump and ejector.

At the same time, integrated switch valves offer an alternative bypass channel which makes it more adaptable to higher power systems.

Different voltage platforms of 24V, 540, and 350V are provided, and the rated power of the hydrogen pump is 0.7kW. The flow rate of DG47 is 3000 SL/min, maximum primary hydrogen inlet pressure is 1500 kPa.a, circulating hydrogen inlet pressure range is 101~300 kPa, pressure ratio is 50 kPa.

The performance of DG47 can be customized according to customer requirements.

DG47 has a highly compact design by integrating a ejector and a roots circulation pump which makes the system structure extremely simple, small-scale and few-connecting.The increased volumetric power density of the system reduces costs.

Lower idle power for less risk of hydrogen leakage, fewer stack start-stops and greater system reliability

All hydrogen circulation pumps are tested and verified in a terminal test line to ensure the quality assurance requirements of customers.

DG47 has over current protection, when the current exceeds the limit, the circulation pump will stop automatically.

Use cases

DG47 hydrogen common rail system is used as a core component in Beijing Winter Olympic Games snow wax vehicles, well adapting to the snow quality, ambient temperature and air humidity of the track. In this case, DG47 perfectly overcomes the problems of low temperature startup and sealing difficulties.

The DG47 Hydrogen Common Rail system has been used on the hydrogen cold chain logistics vehicle for the 2023 Chengdu World University Games. During the service period, the hydrogen cold chain logistics vehicle ensured the meal service for 100,000 people and reduced carbon emissions by 3,500 kilograms compared to the oil vehicle.
