  • DG47 hydrogen common rail system is composed of roots type circulation pump, ejector integrated module, double proportional valve, switch valve, check valve and micron-level primary hydrogen filter.
  • With roots pump and proportional valve, it can control the proportion of primary hydrogen in the intake gas, which realizes the bidirectional control of the hydrogen pump and ejector.
  • At the same time, integrated switch valves offer an alternative bypass channel which makes it more adaptable to higher power systems.
  • Different voltage platforms of 24V, 540, and 350V are provided, and the rated power of the hydrogen pump is 0.7kW. The flow rate of DG47 is 3000 SL/min, maximum primary hydrogen inlet pressure is 1500 kPa.a, circulating hydrogen inlet pressure range is 101~300 kPa, pressure ratio is 50 kPa.
  • The performance of DG47 can be customized according to customer requirements.
  • DG47 has a highly compact design by integrating a ejector and a roots circulation pump which makes the system structure extremely simple, small-scale and few-connecting.The increased volumetric power density of the system reduces costs.
