H-Drive System Module - HSM X1

  • It is a high-pressure hydrogen compression solution designed for system integrators and equipment builders.
  • Engineered with two hydraulically driven Haskel H-Drive compressors, the HSM delivers a two-stage compression process for gaseous hydrogen.
  • It is designed for hazardous environments (Ex II 3G IIC), the system integrates safety instruments, control systems, heat exchangers, and piping which is all pre-configured on a compact two-piece skid.
  • The HSM X1 can be configured to supply outlet pressures of either 500 bar or 950 bar, supporting a wide range of hydrogen fueling and storage applications.
  • While it provides core compression capabilities, additional modules are required for cooling, electrical supply, and centralized control to complete a fully operational hydrogen fueling system.

  • Max ambient humidity: EN60204 - 4.4.4 Humidity The electrical equipment shall be capable of operating correctly when the relative humidity does not exceed 50 % at a maximum temperature of +40 °C. Higher relative humidities are permitted at lower temperatures (for example 90 % at 20 °C).
  • Harmful effects of occasional condensation shall be avoided by design of the equipment or, where necessary, by additional measures (for example built-in heaters, air conditioners, drain holes).
