GeoPura Hydrogen Power Unit (HPU) – 250 kW Zero-Emission Power Generation
- The GeoPura Hydrogen Power Unit (HPU) is a market-leading advanced hydrogen-battery hybrid system built in partnership with Siemens Energy. Each unit uses a hydrogen fuel cell to generate electricity, emitting only water vapour and warm air, eliminating harmful CO₂, NOₓ, SOₓ, and particulate emissions. The integrated 216 kWh battery storage system enables smooth load balancing, intelligent energy management, and peak shaving, supporting seamless operation even in fluctuating demand scenarios.
- Housed in a standard 20-ft ISO container, the HPU is fully modular and scalable. Multiple units can be deployed in parallel to deliver multi-megawatt power for larger operations, making it a flexible solution for both temporary and permanent installations.
- Crucially, the HPU is offered as part of a fully managed Energy-as-a-Service package, which includes hydrogen fuel delivery, remote monitoring, on-site support, and maintenance, simplifying the transition from diesel and reducing operational complexity. This service model ensures maximum uptime, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance from day one.
