Cell Voltage Monitoring - DiLiCo cell voltage 36

  • DiLiCo cell voltage 36 measures reliably and inexpensively the electrical voltage of each individual cell on fuel cells, batteries, electrolyzers and redox flow batteries. Cell voltage monitoring is suitable for series production under cost pressure. The focus in the development of this measuring system was on a reliable measurement at the lowest possible price per measured cell.
  • In addition, it monitors the adjustable limit values for undervoltage and overvoltage. The integrated potential-free contact can be used for the customer's control in order to protect the cell(s) from damage and the system from failure when voltage limits are reached. The measuring interval of DiLiCo cell voltage 36 is up to 25 ms for 36 cells. The cell voltage monitoring modules can be linked via a BUS system through the CAN interface in order to measure the cell voltages of stacks of more than 72 cells.
  • DiLiCo cell voltage 36 places minimal load on the electrodes due to the low current consumption of ± 35 µA when measuring the cell voltage. DiLiCo cell voltage 36 is suitable for all common energy converters and storage for cell voltages up to 4.5 V per cell. A negative cell voltage measurement up to -4.5 V is also implemented. The measurement data is transmitted to the controller via an CAN interface.
  • DiLiCo cell voltage 36 has an external power supply (15 - 36 VDC) and a 37-pin D-sub socket for connecting the cell voltage taps. Use DiLiCo cell voltage 36 to detect faults and adverse operating conditions in a timely manner, avoiding failure and maintenance costs and increasing cell life. Ensure customer satisfaction by detecting faults in time and avoiding cell failures.
