Air Operated Shutoff Valves for Hydrogen - TESCOM™ VA/VG Series

The TESCOM VA/VG series valve offering is a go-to solution for on/off hydrogen flow control at high pressure with over 20 years of field experience.

Learning together with our customers, we have developed unique features that enable significant cost savings for station manufacturers and operators alike.

Key features

SAFETY: The VA/VG series is equipped with a leak capture feature that ensures any hydrogen getting past the seals over time is captured and ported away safely instead of escaping to the atmosphere.

RELIABILITY: The VA/VG series features a balanced valve design which offers longer cycle life than alternative valve configurations such as ball or needle valves.

SAVINGS: The flexible 360° port orientation of the VA/VG series allows hydrogen station and dispenser manufacturers to reduce the cost of their system by removing the need to bend pipes, use extra T-fittings, and take up extra space to accommodate larger less robust shutoff valve solutions.

EASY MAINTENACE: Servicing VA/VG series valves is easy and quick – simply remove the bonnet, install the replacement cartridge, and tighten the bonnet back onto the body.
