Ageing and Performance Testing of Materials - HYCCO

HYCCO has several test benches to validate the performance of its materials on low and high temperature fuel cells.

Aging tests can also be carried out to assess the durability of materials under harsh operating conditions.

Material performance testing to help our customers validate the performance of our materials, HYCCO can carry out tests on fuel cells according to your operating conditions.

Tests can be carried out on single cell or short stacks up to 2kW.

Higher power stack can be tested with trusted partners.

HYCCO can perform durability tests on fuel cells to assess the rate of degradation of MEAs or bipolar plates under various operating conditions.

This will help you evaluate our technology and the durability of our materials under real-life conditions.

Custom design HYCCO can either use its own cell fixture, or develop new ones to meet your needs.

The bipolar plate can be designed to be compatible with your operating conditions, and performance objectives (pressure drops, current density, relative humidity etc...).
