Summary

  • Used on the hydrogen refueling line, Stäubli breakaway quick connector activates an automatic shutdown of the circuit if a vehicle moves with the nozzle attached, under any pressure condition.

  • Easy integration to all hydrogen dispensers with maximal allowable pressure up to 482 bar (6990,82 psi)

  • Diameter: 08mm

  • Operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C (-40 to +185°F)

  • The breakaway safety fittings can be reused and reconnected securely after activation

  • Stäubli's solution is suitable for use in environments that adhere to directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX)

  • Breakaway couplings have guaranteed compliance with directive 2014/68/EU

  • Ensuring hydrogen filling stations, vehicles and users' safety by combining our  breakaway system BRH with our fueling nozzle GHV
