  • The qCf FC5/2×63 V1.0 LC 50bar Ely is a compressed-air-pressurized test system designed for precise evaluation of PEM electrolysis cell components under reproducible and well-controlled test conditions.
  • It enables characterization of flow fields, CCMs, MEAs, GDLs, GDEs, membranes, and other core materials with an active area of 5 cm², offering high stability, precise contact-pressure control, and integrated media and thermal management.
  • With its robust design, adjustable compression mechanism, and compatibility with laboratory and test-bench environments, this system is ideal for research, development, and quality-assurance workflows.

  • Titanium Grade 2 parallel-channel flow field (custom designs available)

  • Integrated sense contacts for direct cell-potential measurement
  • Additional 1.5 mm port for external temperature sensors
