  • The quickCONNECTfixture FC12/100 HA is a compressed-air-pressurized test system designed for the precise evaluation of PEM fuel cell core components under fully reproducible test conditions.
  • Together with the cellFixture cF12/100 insert cell, it enables characterization of flow fields, CCMs, MEAs, GDLs, GDEs, membranes and other components at an active area of 12 cm² with improved thermal control and rapid cell exchange.
  • Featuring seamless integration into laboratory and test-stand environments, adjustable contact pressure, and direct liquid cooling/heating, the system is well-suited for research, scientific development, and quality-assurance workflows.

  • Standard parallel flow field made of graphite compound (customizable)
  • Ground-flat, gold-plated contact surfaces
  • Integrated sense contacts for direct measurement of cell potential
  • Additional 1.7 mm port for external temperature sensors
  • Thermally stable EPGC housing with FKM/Viton sealing
