    • B: 871-1705 °C (less susceptible to drift than R & S)
    • C: 0-2330 °C (Use restricted to vacuum, hydrogen or inert atmospheres)
    • R & S: 0-1480 °C

    • Silicon Carbide
    • Re-crystalized Silicon Carbide
