System Components

Our hydrogen station system components are designed to be extremely modular and ready to scale with your business over time and include everything needed to process and dispense hydrogen after it is produced or delivered to the site.
All station components are connected to the cloud via a central site controller for remote monitoring and maintenance.
Compression systems:
- Increases the pressure of hydrogen for storage and dispensing and are an integral part of our HRS System
- Our compressors are expertly engineered for modular plug-and-play integration today whilst ensuring adaptability for your evolving needs of tomorrow
Gas Management Panel: The interface between system components which controls the flow of gas on the station
Storage: Above ground high pressure storage cylinders to store Hydrogen on site. Available in 500 bar or 1000 bar, and in multiples depending on your site throughput
Cooling: Chills gas warmed during the compression cycle(s) ready for storage and dispensing.
Dispensing: Delivers hydrogen fuel to vehicles at either 350 bar or 700 bar. User friendly interface for a familiar refuelling experience based on our industry leading Gilbarco Veeder-Root dispensing technology

Configurable to serve a wide range of applications across public and private refuelling locations

Compliant with SAE J2601 and SAE J2601-2 fuelling protocols for safe refueling of light, medium and heavy duty vehicles.

Scalable and containerized modular compression units to allow for expansion as stations grow

Provides a refuelling experience similar to conventional petrol or diesel vehicles, with refuelling times around 3-5 minutes for cars and 10-15 minutes for heavy-duty vehicles

Flexible around different hydrogen production or supply models

Available for 350 Bar and 700 Bar refuelling
