This product is an advanced hydrogen gas purification system designed to process hydrogen at high rates while ensuring exceptional purity levels.

Utilizing catalyst and absorption technologies, the system effectively removes impurities such as water vapor and oxygen from the gas stream, making it ideal for applications requiring ultra-pure hydrogen.

The system is equipped with automated safety features and a robust control system, providing reliable and efficient operation in industrial environments.

Key features

Capable of processing up to 2 Nm³/h of hydrogen gas, making it suitable for high-demand applications.

Utilizes Catalyst and Absorption methods to effectively remove impurities such as water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂) from hydrogen gas.

Auto-blocking mechanisms and alarms triggered by pressure and temperature variations to ensure safe operation.

PLC ensures precise control and monitoring of the purification process.

Total Power Consumption: Less than 5 kW, including heaters and control systems, making it energy-efficient for continuous operation.

Various connection sizes and types (3/8” Male VCR, 1/4” Male VCR) for process gas, venting, and sample gas analysis, offering easy integration into existing systems.
