The ePTFE Membrane for MEA and Humidifier from Donaldson is engineered to deliver high vapor permeance and effective gas separation for fuel cell applications.
The membrane integrates easily into fuel cell plates and flat-sheet humidifiers, supporting efficient fuel cell operation and system performance.
Donaldson’s Tetratex® ePTFE membrane is designed as a thin, high-performance material that helps support high current density requirements in fuel cell systems.
Its flexible design allows OEMs to specify the membrane independently of the coating, enabling selection of the optimal membrane and coating combination rather than relying on pre-set configurations.
This flexibility allows the membrane to support multiple fuel cell system components, including Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA) and humidifier structures, contributing to improved system efficiency and moisture management.
