20N Series Needle Valves - FITOK

  • Working pressures up to 20,000 psig (1379 bar)
  • Valve body uses FITOK tailor-made 316/316L SS, with Nieq ≥ 28.5%,  XM-19 material applied for the lower stem to provide higher strength and hydrogen embrittlement resistance
  • Specially treated surface of the stem tip provides better shut-off and sealing for hydrogen gas
  • Non-rotating stem to reduce wear on stem and seat
  • Metal-to-metal seating provides high abrasion and corrosion resistance, ensuring extended service life for the stem and seat, and greater durability for repeated on/off cycles.

Key features

  • Cold-drawn hard 316/316L SS valve body and XM-19 lower stem, offering higher strength and enhanced resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.
  • Stem tip with specially treated surface provides better shutoff and sealing for hydrogen
  • 100% of the valves leak tested with 10,150 psig (700 bar) helium mixed gas
