The SMART DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER PRE-28.SMART is a high-precision device designed for measuring differential pressure in industrial environments. It features a 4...20 mA output signal compatible with the HART communication protocol, enabling remote monitoring and data transmission. The transmitter is certified for intrinsic safety (ATEX, IECEx) and explosion proof (ATEX, IECEx), making it suitable for hazardous environments. It can handle static pressure up to 413 bar with an accuracy of 0.1%, and its wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The device is also marine-certified by DNV and BV, suitable for marine applications. It offers various electrical connection types with different IP ratings, including PD (IP65), PZ (IP66), PM12 (IP67), PM12S (IP65), SG (IP68), SGM (IP68), and PZ2 (IP66), allowing flexibility in installation. The transmitter supports multiple process connections, such as C, CH, GP, and PN, with options for different materials and configurations. It is designed for a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C (with Exia version up to 80°C) and can measure a range of pressures from 0...70 bar to -5...70 mbar, with a minimum set range of 4 mbar for the highest precision. The device also includes features like thermal compensation, long-term stability, and zero shift error correction for static pressure, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements in various applications.
