The Water Dissociator is a medium-high capacity system designed to generate hydrogen and oxygen gases from water. It produces 44,000 liters per hour of hydrogen and 22,000 liters per hour of oxygen. The system operates within a pressure range of 3 to 6 bar. The unit has an electrical power consumption of 246 kW and requires 35 liters per hour of demineralized water. The system operates within an ambient temperature range of +5 to +35°C. The system is powered by a three-phase 400 V AC supply and operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. It consists of three main components: Production unit: 310 × 170 × 280 cm, 3,200 kg Control unit: 80 × 70 × 230 cm, 250 kg Transformer: 120 × 95 × 125 cm, 900 kg The hydrogen produced has a purity of over 99.5%, and the gas is pre-dried with a chiller unit, with a dew point up to 0°C. The device includes internal liquid/water heat exchanger cooling, auxiliary preheating for cold environments, a water reserve warning system, electronic control with alphanumeric display and multilingual diagnostics, a network insulation transformer, and a remote control and monitoring system.
