Tubing for Hydrogen application - FITOK

FITOK provides TMP and TCT series tubing for hydrogen applications up to 6000 psig (414 bar) and T20D and T20M series tubing for applications up to 20000 psig (1379 bar).

FITOK tailor-made 316/316L SS, with Nieq ≥ 28.5%, offering better resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.

Strictly controlled O.D. tolerance and wall thickness. Assembly by torque or by turns.

Instrumentation tubing is solution annealed for ease of bending and ferrule connection. Medium and high-pressure tubing is hardened to provide reduced wall thickness and a larger flow area while still meeting working pressure requirements.

Standard length available and customized length available upon customer request.

FITOK provides instrumentation tubing in TMP series and TCT series for use in 414 bar (6000 psig) scenarios, medium and high pressure tubing in T15A series, T20D series, and T20M series for 1379 bar (20000 psig) hydrogen application.

Pairing with FITOK tube fittings ensures superior sealing performance.

Precision tubing is available in TMP, TCT, and T20D series.
