Solenoid Valve for Hydrogen Applications VSNC - FESTO

VSNC valves are pilot valves for single- and double-acting quarter turn and lin ear actuators with a port pattern in ac cordance with VDI/VDE 3845, such as DAPS, DFPB, DLP. They can also be mounted on actuators without a NAMUR interface, e.g. diaphragm actu ators, thanks to appropriate accesso ries such as a connection set.

They are designed for the requirements of process automation. A mechanical spring (single solenoid valves) ensures safe switching to the initial position in the event of a power failure. Working ports 2, 4 on valves VSNC-F ...-P2 are designed in accord ance with VDI/VDE 3845 NAMUR.

The standard NAMUR valve VSNC is certified worldwide in accordance with the usual explosion-protection standards and can be used in many industry segments and applications. Its distinguishing features are its modern design, durable quality and fully tested technology and materials. It also offers outstanding value for money. That is what NAMUR valves should be!

Innovation

Conversion from 3/2-way to 5/2-way valve simply by turning the seal

Enables single- or double-acting ac tuators to be controlled with one valve

The valve can be ordered either with non-detenting/detenting or non-de tenting manual override or without manual override.

It is converted using a special cap. The part number is therefore identical.

The manual override option can be changed at any time.

Single- or double-acting
Whether you are using a single-acting or double-acting actuator, the VSNC offers you the right solution with just one valve. Simply turn the seal at the NAMUR interface and a 3/2-way valve becomes a 5/2-way valve.

The product range includes IEC EX-certified solenoid systems for zones 1 and 2, CL I variants and Div. I solenoid systems to NEC 500.
