The H2 E-Series HV is an advanced electrolyzer rectifier based on IGBT technology, designed to provide a wider DC voltage range up to 1,500 Vdc and a high DC current density of up to 6,714 A. This rectifier is ideal for feeding electrolysers from clean energy sources, particularly those with an operation voltage range exceeding 1,300 Vdc. It features latest-generation electronics that enable AC-to-DC power conversion without the need for additional harmonic filters or STATCOM units, thanks to a total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 3%. The rectifier also includes a liquid cooling system (LCS) that uses a biodegradable glycol water mixture, ensuring efficient cooling and reliability. It offers a long-lasting design with a 2-year warranty, ease of maintenance through a front-accessible design, and enhanced protection systems including a pre-charge system for smooth electrolyser start-up. The rectifier supports Wi-Fi and dual Ethernet communication for monitoring and control, and includes various protections such as DC reverse polarity, short-circuit protection, and lightning surge arresters. It is available in a model called INGECON® H2 E6000 HV, which has specific output and input specifications, including a maximum efficiency of 98.9% and compliance with various international standards.
