The H2 D-lyzer is a DC/DC converter designed to feed electrolysers directly from a solar PV plant, enabling true green hydrogen production. It is a buck converter, meaning the output voltage is lower than the input voltage, and it is optimized for high efficiency with an efficiency range of 94.50% to 98.50% depending on the load. The system features a liquid cooling system (LCS) that uses a biodegradable glycol water mixture to ensure efficient heat management and reliability. It includes advanced protections against electrical issues such as DC reverse polarity, short-circuits, overloads, insulation failure, and lightning-induced surges. The D-lyzer is designed for easy maintenance, with components that can be replaced from the front and back sides of the converter. It also supports Wi-Fi and dual Ethernet communication for monitoring and control, and has a modular design that supports integration into renewable energy systems. The D-lyzer has a size of 3,500 mm in length, 1,050 mm in width, and 2,215 mm in height, with a weight of 2,800 kg.
