  • Covers a wide range of applications, including commercial vehicles, ships, and passenger cars, with various installation layouts such as rear-mounted, side-mounted, and roof-mounted configurations.
  • Provides 30 tailored configurations to meet the needs of both domestic and international customers. The hydrogen storage cylinders are available in standard capacities of 210L, 260L, and 385L for Type III cylinders, and 390L for Type IV cylinders.
  • With the number of cylinders in a single assembly customizable to meet specific customer require- ments.

  • Effective HMS (Hydrogen Management System): Integrates valve control and safety strategy functions, actively monitoring the safety status of the hydrogen storage system to ensure reliable operation.
  • Lightweight Design: Optimized pipeline and valve structure reduces the number of components by over 30%. The highly integrated pressure-regulating control valve group weighs only 650 g, featuring 5 high-pressure interfaces (axial and radial) to enhance integration and space utilization.
  • Environmental-Friendly and Durable Design: The hydrogen cylinder fixing frame adopts an environmentally friendly surface treatment technology with high rust resistance, and can withstand 500 hours of salt spray testing.
  • Safe and Easy‑Service Design: The medium‑pressure hydrogen storage pipeline with an integrated replaceable service port offers large flow capacity, high durability, and low permeability, meeting the safety requirements for on‑board hydrogen storage systems under high‑vibration and low‑permeability conditions, while also improving the convenience of assembly at the vehicle end.
