The Power Station FSK E12000 is a medium voltage electrolyzer converter station designed for large-scale hydrogen electrolysis plants. It is a compact, customizable, and flexible solution that integrates all necessary components on a single skid platform, including MV/LV step-down transformers, rectifiers, and other essential equipment. This power station offers plug-and-play technology, allowing for a fast on-site connection with rectifiers from the Ingeteams INGECON® H2 E Series. It features complete accessibility, with no housing required, enabling immediate access to rectifiers, switchgear, and transformers. The E Series rectifiers are IP65 protected, utilizing a combined water and air cooling system to optimize operating temperatures. Additionally, the station provides grid support functionalities such as power factor control, reactive power compensation, and active filtering. The E12000 solution includes a hot-dip galvanized steel skid, liquid cooling system, auxiliary services panel, and multiple rectifiers, making it a versatile and efficient solution for hydrogen production.
