The line includes web cleaning and pretreatment stages, such as corona treatment, non-contact or contact cleaning, and anti-static units. It supports various application methods like slot-die application, rotary printing, and commabar. The system offers flexibility with multiple dosing methods and includes drying units such as convection dryers (single and double-deck) and alternative drying options like IR, contact, and microwave drying.
Quality assurance is ensured through measurements of base weight (wet and dry), thickness, loading, and surface inspection using reflected and transmitted light. Additional features include edge inspection, splice detection, and defect tracking with DMC code marking.
Specifications include coating speeds from 0.5 to 30 m/min, coating thickness from 4 to 100 μm, slot-die precision up to AAAA, coating widths from 50 to 1200 mm, and tension from 10 to 300 N.
