Product Description

  • Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs) are the core component of proton exchange membrane fuel cells, directly influencing performance, durability, and efficiency.
  • At H-RISE, we leverage advanced materials and fabrication techniques to develop high-performance MEAs optimized for various applications.
  • Our MEAs incorporate mesoporous carbon structures, proprietary catalysts, and precision manufacturing to ensure long-term stability, high conductivity, and robust resistance to degradation—meeting the rigorous demands of modern fuel cell systems.

Key features

  • Application: two-wheeled vehicles, drones, and light duty vehicles.
  • Through optimization of catalyst support materials combined with specialized catalyst surface treatments, we enhance proton conductivity and oxygen transport efficiency, achieving superior compatibility with air-cooled operating conditions. Concurrently, the self-humidifying catalyst layer design improves ionic conductivity and water retention capacity within the electrode.
  • Our dual-sided discontinuous direct coating process for membrane electrode assembly (MEA) batch production enables ultra-precise thickness control with coating variation <1 μm and active component mass loading fluctuation <1%. The developed roll-to-roll high-speed encapsulation achieves single-cell sealing in merely 6 seconds. Integrated in-line monitoring and inspection technologies ensure product yield exceeding 99.5%.
