The Water Dissociator is a medium-capacity system designed to generate hydrogen and oxygen gases from water. It produces 14.3 Sm³/h of hydrogen and 6.7 Sm³/h of oxygen. The system operates within a pressure range of 4 to 5 barg. The unit has an electrical consumption of 74 kW and a water consumption of 10.8 liters per hour. The system operates within an ambient temperature range of +5 to +35°C. The system is powered by a three-phase 400 V AC supply and operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz.The hydrogen produced has a purity of over 99.5%, and the gas is pre-dried with a chiller unit, with a dew point up to 0°C. The system includes an internal transformer. The device features internal liquid/air or liquid/water heat exchanger cooling, auxiliary preheating for cold environments, a water reserve warning system, electronic control with an alphanumeric display and multilingual diagnostics, a network isolation transformer, remote control and monitoring system, and integrated pre-purification columns (Idroenergy patent).
