The SMART PRESSURE TRANSMITTER APCE-2000 is a high-precision pressure measurement device designed for use in various industrial applications. It features a 4...20 mA output signal with HART protocol support, ensuring accurate and reliable data transmission. The transmitter is equipped with ATEX intrinsic safety, making it suitable for hazardous environments. It offers an accuracy of 0.1%, a rangeability of 100:1, and a gold-plated diaphragm for enhanced durability and performance. The APCE-2000 is applicable for measuring pressure, underpressure, or absolute pressure of gases, vapours, and liquids. It utilizes a piezoresistant silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and a specially selected manometric liquid. The device is available in different versions, including PD and PZ, with varying housing materials, protection ratings, and process connections. The transmitter supports communication via HART protocol and can be configured using a KAP-03, KAP-03Ex communicator, or a PC with HART/USB converter and Raport 2 configuration software. It is suitable for a wide range of measuring ranges, from 0...1000 bar to -1...70 bar, and offers various process connections such as G1/2, 1/2NPT, and GP. The APCE-2000 is designed for both standard and harsh environments, with options for diaphragm seals and extended thermal compensation ranges. Its robust construction and advanced features make it an ideal choice for applications in the food and chemical industries, as well as other demanding environments.
