The SMART DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER is a high-precision device designed for measuring differential pressure in gas applications. Specifically, it refers to the APR-2000ALW/G model, which features a 4...20 mA output signal with HART protocol, a display with backlight, and programmable settings for range, zero shift, damping ratio, and characteristic using local panel keys. It supports selectable linear or radical conversion characteristics and offers accuracy up to 0.1%. The transmitter is certified for intrinsic safety (ATEX, IECEx) and explosion proof (ATEX, IECEx), with a safety version SIL2/SIL3. It is suitable for measuring differential pressure of gases, including blast pressure, chimney draughts, and pressure/underpressure in furnace chambers. It can withstand overpressure up to 1 bar and has an IP66/IP67 protection rating for the housing. The transmitter is available in two casing options: aluminum epoxy painted and stainless steel, and can be mounted on valve manifolds or directly on stable structures. It is compatible with various communication tools and can be calibrated with a standard pressure reference.
