The DA-800-H2 is a field-indicating transmitter-type gas analyzer designed to detect leakage of hydrogen, neon, argon, and other gases in hydrogen and hydrocarbon streams, particularly in generator cooling systems. It displays gas concentration on-site and converts the detection signal into a standard 4–20 mA current signal for external transmission to controllers or alarm systems. The device utilizes a TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector) sensor and features a built-in microprocessor with a high-resolution A/D converter for accurate signal processing. It supports long-distance signal transmission (up to 2.5 km) and allows integration with systems such as PLC, DDC, and gas monitoring systems. It offers a measurement range of 0–99.999 %VOL with a digital resolution of 0.001 %VOL. The analyzer operates on DC 24V input power and is certified for hazardous environments.
