The D-LE 103 Flame Sensor is a specialized device designed for monitoring gas, oil, and coal flames, primarily in single burner view applications. It features self-monitoring and fail-safe capabilities when integrated with a control unit or burner control, ensuring reliable operation in critical environments. The sensor is available with different photo elements to optimize selectivity for various fuels, making it versatile for different applications. It connects to control units such as D-UG 120 and D-UG 660, as well as burner controls like D-GF 150 (-MB). The sensor generates a signal proportional to flame radiation intensity, which is used as an input signal for control units or burner controls. It is compliant with general safety regulations and is suitable for use in power stations, chemical industry, refineries, cement plants, waste incinerators, steam generators, and heating plants. The D-LE 103 Flame Sensor is available with different models, including cable gland (-CG) and axial plug (-P), and comes with various accessories such as an optical adjustment aid, UV-C test light source, and thermal isolator with electrical insulation.
