The 857 ELECTROCHEMICAL FLOWBENCH 2nd GEN is a fully-integrated, turn-key, bench-top, chemistry-agnostic instrument designed for the recirculation of highly corrosive acids and bases. It is engineered to support a wide range of applications, including electrolysis, separations, critical mineral recovery, redox flow batteries (RFB), and multi-compartment systems. The system features advanced diagnostics with Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and High-Frequency Resistance (HFR) over the full 100A current range. It includes automated switching between a 20A potentiostat and a 100A power supply, enabling high-resolution measurements across the entire current range. The FlowCell-ETS® software provides intuitive controls for experimental sequencing, data collection, and graphing, while ZView® offers leading-edge impedance analysis and equivalent circuit modeling. The system is built with robust, chemically compatible materials such as PFA and Ni200, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It supports various feedstock reservoir sizes, agitation options, and customizable heat exchangers, making it a versatile and powerful tool for electrochemical research and industrial applications.
