The GT ZENITH EP V2100 Series Check Valves are advanced hydraulic check valves designed for optimal performance and durability. These valves feature an optimized flow path that improves flow characteristics with lower head loss, minimizing potential clogs. They are constructed with a ductile iron body rated for 250 PSI, ensuring robustness and reliability. The valves incorporate a replaceable wear ring made of 18-8 stainless steel, enhancing corrosion and wear resistance, as well as sealing function and serviceability. The single moving flapper with a reinforced over-molded design, including a steel pin, plate, and nylon mesh, ensures longevity and minimal maintenance. An integrated O-ring ensures sealing against the wear ring, while a domed cover provides access for removal of the flapper while still in line. The design also includes a reduced stroke for a non-slam closure, minimizing potential hammering damage. These valves are available in various sizes (3 to 12 inches) and are suitable for applications requiring reliable and efficient fluid control.
