The EBZ ALKALINE ELECTROLYZER is a pressurized alkaline electrolyzer designed for the cost-effective production of green hydrogen on an industrial scale. It is engineered for both mobile containerized solutions and stationary systems, offering flexibility for decentralized applications and large-scale hydrogen production. The electrolyzer is characterized by high energy efficiency, maintainability, compliance with EU Hydrogen Bank regulations, robustness, hydrogen purity, safety, high hydrogen output, and high-pressure electrolysis. These electrolyzers are produced and assembled in Germany, ensuring quality, supply chain security, and long-term spare parts availability. The electrolysis stacks feature a patented cell frame design with integrated gas/electrolyte channels for use in pressurized electrolysis up to 30 bar(g), high durability due to the use of robust and corrosion-resistant materials, and in-house developed electrode assemblies with highly functional coatings that do not use precious metals. The electrolyzers are certified to the highest safety standards and accepted by TÜV SÜD, making them ideal for both outdoor installations and large-scale hydrogen production facilities.
