The Water Dissociator is a medium-high capacity system designed to generate hydrogen and oxygen gases from water. It produces 23,200 liters per hour of hydrogen and 11,600 liters per hour of oxygen. The system operates within a pressure range of 3 to 6 bar. The unit has an electrical consumption of 126 kWh and a water consumption of 18.6 liters per hour. The system operates within an ambient temperature range of +5 to +35°C. The system is powered by a three-phase 400 V AC supply and operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. It consists of three main components: Production unit: 140 × 230 × 215 cm, 2,050 kg Control unit: 90 × 60 × 210 cm, 200 kg Transformer: 95 × 85 × 115 cm, 500 kg The hydrogen produced has a purity of over 99.5%, and the gas is pre-dried with a chiller unit, with a dew point up to 0°C. The system includes internal liquid/water heat exchanger cooling, auxiliary preheating for cold environments, a water reserve warning system, electronic control with an alphanumeric display and multilingual diagnostics, a network insulation transformer, and a remote control and monitoring system.
