  • The TCD3000 SiA is a hydrogen gas analyzer with ATEX certification, designed for hydrogen detection in hazardous areas.
  • It is a compact and robust device ideal for precise, fast, and sensitive measurement of quasi-binary gas mixtures. The analyzer operates on the principle of thermal conductivity (TCD), making it suitable for measuring gases with widely differing thermal conductivities, such as hydrogen (H₂) and oxygen (O₂).
  • It features an industry-leading response time of 30 ms and a measuring range from a few ppm to 100 vol.%, making it suitable for applications in the hydrogen infrastructure, electrolysers, fuel cells, and other demanding environments. The device is certified for use in hazardous areas with specifications II 2 G Ex db IIC T4/T3 Gb, -40°C < Ta < +90°C / 125°C for ATEX ZONE 1, and can withstand pressures up to 200 bar.
  • It is also moisture-resistant and offers fast and reliable explosion level monitoring, ensuring workplace safety and a service life of up to 10 years.
