The Series V5066 Three-way Bellows Sealed Control Valve is a versatile and rugged control valve designed for both mixing (V5066B) and diverting (V5066A) applications in heat-conveying systems of processing plants. It is engineered to handle media such as mineral oils, glycerin, and similar substances. The valve features a compact design, a double wall bellows seal with anti-rotation assembly, and a burnished stem for enhanced durability and performance. It offers a leakage rate of less than 0.1% of the Kvs-value, ensuring minimal fluid loss. The valve is available in sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 80 (1/2 to 3 inches) and supports pressure ratings of PN16-PN25 and ANSI300 (with ANSI150 available upon request). It can be actuated by pneumatic actuators of Series 2000 or electric actuators of Series E2000, and is compatible with Honeywell linear actuators ML642/ML742. The valves full accessory range and ability to be rebuilt between mixing and diverting versions without additional parts make it a reliable and adaptable solution for various industrial applications.
