The OTV 700 GEN 2 is a high-pressure hydrogen on-tank valve designed for stationary or automotive use. It is a multifunctional valve that includes a single inlet/outlet port, improved solenoid valve endurance compared to the Gen1 model, a manual safety tap for isolating the automatic valve during maintenance or failure, a bleed valve to bypass excess flow, a thermal PRD (pressure relief device) to prevent tank explosions due to fire, two 10-micron filters, a fueling check valve, a temperature sensor, an excess flow valve (flow limiter), a pressure port, and a port for Middle TPRD. It is certified for EC79, R134, EU535, HGV3.1, and HPRD1. The valve is equipped with various components to ensure safe and efficient hydrogen handling, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including vehicles and stationary systems.
