The G-Philos ALK Linked System is a 1MW class water electrolysis system designed to produce approximately 430kg (200Nm³/hr) of hydrogen per day, capable of fueling up to 85 hydrogen cars. It comprises 100-stack modules, each with a power output of 10kW, ensuring efficiency in quality management, maintenance, power variance control, and scalability of system capacity. The system has a stack power consumption of up to 100kW (10kW x 10 module), water consumption of 10 liters per kg of H2 produced, and produces hydrogen with a purity of up to 99.999%. It has a start-up time of 1 minute warm and 10 minutes cold, with an average stack efficiency of 50.07 kWh/kg and an average system efficiency of 53.88 kWh/kg. This system is ideal for applications requiring high hydrogen production and reliability, making it a key solution for sustainable energy and transportation.
