The IWAKI Magnetic Drive Pumps MDW are the largest class fluoroplastic magnetic drive pumps in the world, designed for high-efficiency and durable chemical process applications. These pumps offer a maximum flow capacity of 300m³/hr and a maximum discharge head of 98m, enabling them to handle a wide range of liquid specific gravities. They are highly chemically resistant, featuring fluoroplastic and fine ceramic wetted parts that resist virtually every industrial chemical, regardless of concentration. The MDW series is built with a robust structure using high-strength ductile cast iron external armor, ensuring durability under harsh conditions. The back pullout system allows for easy maintenance and inspection without removing pipework, and the pumps are ISO compliant, making them interchangeable with conventional sealed centrifugal pumps. The MDW series uses larger motors for even higher output, opening up performance potential in previously unexplored areas. The MDW100 model is specifically highlighted, with a maximum flow capacity of 300m³/hr and a maximum discharge head of 98m, making it suitable for applications such as chemical transfer, recirculation, and replacements for conventional sealed pumps.
