The H2 E-Series is an advanced electrolyzer rectifier based on IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) technology, designed to convert AC power to DC power for electrolysers. It features the highest DC current density on the market, up to 6,000 A, making it ideal for feeding electrolysers with DC power from renewable energy generation plants. The rectifier is equipped with a liquid cooling system (LCS) that uses a biodegradable glycol water mixture, ensuring efficient cooling and reliability. It also includes a range of protections such as DC reverse polarity, short-circuits, overloads, and insulation failure monitoring. The system offers a 2-year warranty and is designed for easy maintenance with components that can be replaced from the front. The rectifier supports flexible configurations, allowing connection to one or multiple electrolysers, and includes features like Wi-Fi and dual Ethernet communication for monitoring and control. It is certified for various international standards and is suitable for operation in a wide range of environmental conditions.
