The H2ALP-120 is a machine designed for the production of hydrogen and oxygen, incorporating a demineralisation plant for process water treatment. It utilizes two Piel machines of 60 kW each placed in parallel, along with a demineralizer to treat process water. The machine is divided into two key areas: the safe area, which houses the electrical panel, demineralizer, and fire control unit, and the explosive area (ATEX - 3G IIC T1), which contains two electrolysers, a hydrogen drying system, process sensors, and a temperature management system. The system is equipped with a PLC for remote supervision, allowing for signal monitoring, alarm management, and high-level control. The machine produces 20Nm³/h of hydrogen, 10Nm³/h of oxygen (optional), and 30lt/h of demineralized H2O, with a waste water production of 45lt/h. It operates at 8.2bar for hydrogen and atmospheric pressure for oxygen, with a power consumption of 130kW.
