The PG PLUS RACK HYDROGEN GENERATOR is a sophisticated and reliable instrument designed to produce a continuous supply of high purity hydrogen and zero air. It combines the functionality of a hydrogen generator with a zero air generator into a 19 rack unit, making it ideal for use in laboratories and other applications requiring a constant and safe gas supply. The generator operates using a proprietary Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology housed in a 100% titanium cell, ensuring superior performance and longevity. It eliminates the need for high pressure cylinders, providing a safer and more convenient alternative. The generator can be installed in any suitable 19 static or mobile cabinet and requires only deionized water, compressed air, and a standard electrical supply for continuous operation. It features a touch screen interface for monitoring and control, along with advanced safety mechanisms such as automatic shut down in case of leaks or overpressure. The generator is certified for CE, FCC, and MET standards, ensuring compliance with safety and performance requirements. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including gas chromatography (GC) detectors, emissions testing, and mobile laboratories.
