The NM Plus Rack Hydrogen Generator is a carrier-grade hydrogen generator designed to provide a continuous supply of high purity hydrogen and zero air. It combines the reliability of a hydrogen generator with an optional zero air generator in a 19 rack format, making it suitable for installation in any suitable 19 static or mobile cabinet. The generator eliminates the need for dangerous high pressure cylinders by using deionized water, compressed air, and a standard electrical supply. It utilizes a proprietary Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) inside a 100% titanium cell for superior performance and long cell life. The unique high pressure permeation membrane drying system eliminates the need for desiccant cartridges, and innovative software control ensures operational performance, safety, and additional features like auto water feed, remote networking, and cascading for redundancy. The generator can supply up to 33 FIDs with a maximum output capacity of 1350 mL/min. It is ideal for all GC detector applications, exceeds the requirements for the most demanding GC applications, and ensures a safe and consistent performance with built-in sensors for leak detection, contamination, and overpressure. The generator is certified for CE, FCC, MET (CSA and UL compliant) and is designed for 24/7 operation with minimal maintenance.
