The PQD Series Gas Detectors are fixed gas detectors certified with ATEX/IECEx and SIL2, ensuring trustworthy certification and ex-proof safety for continuous measurement of toxic and explosive gases in hazardous areas. They are robust and durable with SS316 stainless steel sensor heads and IP65/IP66 protection. These detectors offer accurate readings using Pellistor, Electrochemical, PID, and Infrared sensors. They provide 4-20mA Analog and Modbus RS485 RTU outputs for immediate operation without additional setup. Easy maintenance is enabled through pre-calibrated sensor heads and Procell technology. The OLED display allows for easy reading from any angle, and zero suppression helps in adjusting measurements to show a certain level as 0. Optional relay modules allow for independent gas detection systems with adjustable alarms. Continuous self-test ensures reliable operation and fault indication. The detectors also feature event logging, automatic calibration, and adjustable parameters. They are suitable for various applications including Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical industries.
