Add to compare

JAKŠA Solenoid Valves are high-pressure hydrogen solenoid valves designed for precise control and operation. These valves are available in different models, such as HD2N and HD1N, with specifications including orifice size, Kv values, differential pressure ranges, materials, mass, coil types, voltage, power, and order codes. They are constructed with AISI 316L body material and PCTFE or PEEK seals, ensuring durability and performance under high-pressure conditions. The valves are 2/2 NC (closed when de-energised) and are suitable for applications requiring reliable and accurate control. The HD2N model has a NPT 1/4 port and a mass of 0.8 kg, while the HD1N model has a 9/16-18 Cone & Thread port and a mass of 1.0 kg. Both models are available with different coil types and voltage options, with power consumption ranging from 4 W hold to 80 W pull.

Use Cases

  • Hydrogen and related industrial applications.

Capabilities

  • Enables electromagnetic control of hydrogen flow in high-pressure systems using a 2/2 normally closed valve configuration.
  • Supports hydrogen pressures up to 1000 bar differential, depending on model variant.
  • Compatible with threaded hydrogen fittings (NPT 1/4" or 9/16"-18 cone and thread) for integration into high-pressure hydrogen piping systems.
  • Constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel with PCTFE or PEEK seals, suitable for hydrogen service and high-pressure environments.
