Add to compare

JAKŠA Solenoid Valves are high-pressure hydrogen solenoid valves designed for precise control and operation in industrial applications. These valves are available in two models: HD2N and HD1N, both featuring a 2/2 NC configuration (closed when de-energised). The valves are constructed with AISI 316L stainless steel bodies and PCTFE or PEEK seals, ensuring durability and reliability under high-pressure conditions. They support various voltage options (24V DC/AC/DC) and have different power ratings, making them suitable for a range of applications. The models offer different orifice sizes, differential pressure ranges, and dimensions, allowing for flexibility in system design. The HD2N model has an orifice size of 1 mm with a Kv value of 0.29 l/min, while the HD1N model has an orifice size of 0.7 mm with a Kv value of 0.22 l/min. Both models are designed for high-pressure hydrogen applications and are built to withstand differential pressures up to 200 bar and 700 bar, respectively.

Use Cases

  • Hydrogen and related industrial applications.

Capabilities

  • Enables electromagnetic control of hydrogen flow in high-pressure systems using a 2/2 normally closed valve configuration.
  • Supports hydrogen pressures up to 1000 bar differential, depending on model variant.
  • Compatible with threaded hydrogen fittings (NPT 1/4" or 9/16"-18 cone and thread) for integration into high-pressure hydrogen piping systems.
  • Constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel with PCTFE or PEEK seals, suitable for hydrogen service and high-pressure environments.
