The 20 MW eDynamic Electrolyzer Module is an electrolyzer module with a stack power consumption of 18.3 MW (DC). It has a stack efficiency of 41.2 kWh/kg to 51 kWh/kg H₂ across a dynamic operating range of 5% to 100%. The module produces up to 359.5 kg/h of hydrogen (4000 Nm³/h at 100% load, 8.6 t/day) with a purity of 99.95% on a dry basis and up to 99.999% with purification. Water consumption is 9.81 kg of demineralized water per kg of hydrogen produced. The module can ramp up or down in less than 2 minutes, operates with a hydrogen pressure of 4 psig at the electrolyzer outlet, and has an expected degradation rate of 1.0% per year.
