Short and full stack testing (up to 30 barg, 20000 A and 0.5 MW)

  • ZSW offers electrolysis testing from electrode characterisation to the validation of cell components and small stacks, as well as short and full stack testing.
  • Testing is available for AEL, PEM and AEM technologies, depending on the test area.
  • The testing capabilities cover currents from 10 A up to 20,000 A, voltages from 5 V up to 300 V, power levels up to 500 kW, pressures up to 30 barg and temperatures up to 90°C.
