Testing services are available for stack components, including electrodes, membranes, etc., under real-world conditions such as multicell stack operation, pressure, temperature, etc.
Experienced engineers support testing with their decade-long expertise.
Variable current, temperature, pressure and volume flow are available.
Both standardized and customizable testing protocols are available, including rapid ramp-up, shut-offs, etc.

ZSW offers testing services for stack components, including electrodes and membranes, under real-world conditions such as multicell stack operation, pressure and temperature.
The service supports prevalidation of cell components with variable current, temperature, pressure and volume flow.
Testing can be carried out with standardized and customizable testing protocols, including rapid ramp-up and shut-offs.
Experienced engineers support the testing with their decade-long expertise.
The validation of cell components and small stacks is available for AEL, PEM and AEM technologies, with 3 test benches.
The testing range includes 250 A to 1,500 A, 60 V to 100 V, 10 kW to 75 kW, 30 barg and 80°C to 90°C.
