The LHI MEA Assembly Machine (5-in-1) is designed for automated roll-to-roll lamination and assembly of frames and catalyst-coated membranes (CCMs) for hydrogen fuel cell membrane electrode assemblies. It integrates high-speed multi-layer lamination and precise alignment functions for high-throughput MEA manufacturing, supporting large-scale fuel cell production. The machine provides throughput of 600 pieces per hour and alignment accuracy of ±0.2 mm.
